During your first visit we will gather information about your dental and medical history, any concerns you may have about your dental health but more importantly, how we as your dental team can be most helpful for you to reach your dental goals.

Our state of the art tooth camera shown opposite can display your teeth on a large colour monitor as shown below. This combined with digital x-rays and other diagnostic procedures helps us make an accurate diagnosis such as finding decay or fine cracks in fillings or teeth. We will then show you the condition of your tooth, explain what options are available before you decide to have any treatment. We have found patients then better understand what dental treatment they prefer and can then make an informed decision. You can often see the "before" and "after" of your treatment immediately after your treatment is completed. Enhance Dental can also digitally store images of your teeth for reference, monitoring and treatment planning.

When you make an appointment for a comprehensive dental examination, our objective during this appointment is to give you a working understanding of your dental health.
In order to be empowered to make active future choices for yourself, you need to have a fundamental knowledge of the current condition of your dental health.
During this examination you are invited to fully participate by asking questions and requesting further information.

Teeth Cleaning :
If you would like to have your teeth cleaned during this appointment, we can usually meet your request.
On some occasions time does not permit cleaning, due to the amount of information collected during the examination.
